I am getting phantom readings constantly and always chasing the zero. Every surface every time.

ok... I'm pretty new to the world of obsessing over the perfect cup of home espresso. My son-in-law is infinitely more schooled in it and recommended this scale. I'm giving it 4 stars because it's operation isn't particularly straightforward. I will say that it has infinitely improved my home espresso quality though, and will recommend it to others chasing the espresso dragon.

Super great

The buttons are incorporated into the weighing platform which feels/behaves awkwardly. The whole unit is overly sensitive to machine vibrations which seems to create drift before/during extraction. Overall, I am disappointed with the product.

Timemore's customer service on the other hand, was impeccable!

Perfect size and accuracy for matcha — just wish the instructions were easier.

I use the Timemore scale primarily for making matcha, and it’s been a great addition to my routine. The compact size fits nicely on my counter and under my matcha bowl, and the precision is excellent — it picks up even the lightest amounts of matcha powder, which is exactly what I need for consistent results.
