M01 achieves an industry-leading 0.0725mm burr gap tolerance, the most precise of any TIMEMORE product to date. Its custom-engineered P7 bearings, ensure maximum stability with runout as low as 3μm.

We start with SUS420 stainless steel, precisely cut to size. Each blank is turned, shaped, and then finished by a 5-axis milling machine with an accuracy of 0.005 mm. After milling, every burr undergoes strict quality checks before your M01 is carefully assembled and packaged by hand.

Great product, beautifully made. It is a 'challenging' grind, a bit of an early morning workout...but worth it.

Grab this hand grinder if it's on sale. In the cup it acts like a ZP6 with more body. It's a really well balanced hand grinder and the build quality is incredible.

Makes great coffees, my only complaint is that the wood surface in the black version is too smooth and don't have enough grip.

Had it less than a month and the inner bearing became unseated and a weird stalling sensation when grinding beans like the burrs refused to turn. For such an expensive grinder, you would think it would be reliable. Before anyone says anything, i have my reliable timemore S3. Not a single problem AND its cheaper.

Love it!

I have a lot of hand grinders, but this is by far my favorite. Let me address a couple of the main criticism of this grinder first

The big one (no pun intended) is that it’s too heavy

Fair enough. There’s no denying it’s weight. I don’t have overly large hands to hold the grinder and it would be extremely difficult to hold while grinding beans for about 60 seconds

My solution to this is very simple. Sit and rest the grinder on your thigh. I tilt the M01 at angle to slow feed the beans and it makes it even easier to turn the crank

I find this to be an enjoyable way to spend the time while I wait for the water to heat up

Lastly, the straight handle. I’ve seen multiple comments online complain about the straight handle. Resting it on your thigh at an angle really does help with that

That pineapple burr is amazing and along with the precision bearings, makes the act of grinding light roast beans a complete joy!
