Developed through hundreds of hours of prototyping and micro-adjustments, M01’s external adjustment dial unites five all-metal components with lens-like precision. Every click locks in accuracy, offering baristas and enthusiasts total control over grind size.

M01 is equipped with Pineapple Burrs, a cutting-edge burr set designed with an extended grinding path, offering performance comparable to 64mm flat burrs. This unique, elongated design increases the contact area between the coffee and the burrs, while spacing the beans to minimize collisions and reduce irregular breakage.

M01 achieves an industry-leading 0.0725mm burr gap tolerance, the most precise of any TIMEMORE product to date. Its custom-engineered P7 bearings, ensure maximum stability with runout as low as 3μm.

While most grinders chase consistency by going wider, we went taller. M01's burr set features a vertically extended geometry — a new approach that demanded a complete rethinking of how a conical burr should work.

In pioneering this design, Pineapple Burrs delivers unparalleled performance in the same footprint. Its grind path exceeds many 64mm flat burrs in length, delivering particle consistency which puts M01 in a class of its own.

We start with SUS420 stainless steel, precisely cut to size. Each blank is turned, shaped, and then finished by a 5-axis milling machine with an accuracy of 0.005 mm. After milling, every burr undergoes strict quality checks before your M01 is carefully assembled and packaged by hand.
